  If I could give half a star I would. My experience with this business was absolutely unbelievable & completely shocking. I'm not really sure where to start. They got names wrong on the death certificate multiple times. I had to send pictures with correct spelling in an email. Which required addendums to my mothers original certificate. Which slowed the process of closing accounts. I had to call multiple times to make sure things were being done in a timely manner & to get updates on a pick up time for my mothers ashes. When I did come by to pick her up. This is what I heard come out of the mouth of someone working there. "Oh it's a good thing you got here in time, we were getting ready to close early." That's it. To be completely honest with you I just hope I actually got my mothers ashes. that doubt felt very real at the end of this whole experience, I was ready to set the building on fire I was so pissed. DO NOT GO HERE WITH YOUR LOVED ONES.

  Ayres was so amazing during the worst time in our life. They were helpful and very informative and accommodated all our needs. Cremation is a personal decision, and Ayres made it as smooth as it could possibly have been. I thank them all and would recommend them to anyone who chooses cremation.
